Genesis Centre Warrington — Photography, Drone, FPV & 3D Virtual Tour

The Genesis Centre needed to communicate the full scope of its facilities — from its accessible Birchwood location and on-site infrastructure to the quality and scale of its bookable spaces — across multiple audiences. A single static image library was not sufficient to convey the variety of spaces available or to help prospective tenants and event bookers understand the centre's layout and offer before visiting.

About the project

Deliver a full visual production suite covering the Genesis Centre's key spaces and location context. Photography for portals and marketing materials, drone location animation to show site accessibility and proximity to major routes, FPV for an immersive walkthrough of the spaces, and a Matterport 3D virtual tour of the reception and event rooms for remote exploration by prospective clients and tenants.

What we delivered

All four services were delivered in a single production day. Professional photography covered reception areas, meeting rooms, communal breakout lounges, training facilities, and available office suites — producing a stills library across all 42 spaces formatted for marketing and digital use. The drone location animation provided aerial context showing road access from the M62 and nearby landmarks. The FPV flythrough moved through the centre's internal flow in one continuous take. The Matterport 3D virtual tour documented the reception rooms in full, giving remote visitors the ability to explore every space at their own pace before making contact.
