Everybody Gyms Crewe — 3D Virtual Tour

Gyms and leisure centres face a specific barrier for disabled visitors and those with mobility considerations: the uncertainty of not knowing the layout, accessibility routes, changing facilities, and equipment positioning before arriving. For prospective members, walking into an unfamiliar gym for the first time is a known friction point that stops people from joining. Everybody Gyms Crewe needed a way to remove both barriers — giving disabled visitors the confidence to plan their visit and giving prospective members a way to explore the facility before committing.

About the project

Produce a Matterport 3D virtual tour of the full gym facility — covering all fitness floors, accessible routes, changing facilities, and key equipment areas — to support both disability access planning and general membership marketing.

What we delivered

The Matterport Pro 2 captured the complete facility floor by floor, with particular care taken to document accessible entrances, lift positions, changing facilities, and the layout of each fitness area clearly. The resulting digital twin allows visitors to navigate the entire gym remotely — checking equipment positioning, understanding the flow of the space, and identifying accessible routes before their first visit. The tour was delivered hosted and ready for embedding on the gym's website and sharing via direct link in membership enquiry responses.
