Advantage Investment were selling off-plan investment units in Camden House — a 44-unit purpose-built student accommodation development in Liverpool city centre. The building was mid-construction. No interior to show, no finished product. The case for investing had to be made entirely through location.
About the project
Produce a drone location animation showing the building's position and progress alongside motion-tracked overlays that make the location story clear at a glance for potential investors.
What we delivered
A drone location animation was filmed during construction, showing the building's position and progress. Motion-tracked overlays were added for distance to Liverpool John Moores University, distance to the University of Liverpool, Liverpool Lime Street station, and Liverpool ONE shopping centre. Two versions were delivered: a clean aerial construction progress cut, and the full animated graphics version.
The results
The animation showed investors exactly why students would want to live there — and why the units would stay occupied, serving as a critical asset in Advantage Investment's sales presentations.
