Advantage Investment wanted a location animation for their waterfront headquarters at Prospect House on Columbus Quay. The primary use case was helping new clients and prospects find the office — the building sits off Sefton Street on Riverside Drive and isn't immediately obvious from the main road network. Secondary use was showcasing the office's premium riverside position as part of their marketing.

Produce a drone location animation showing the building's position on Columbus Quay, with motion-tracked overlays for all surrounding road access routes, local landmarks, and nearby transit stations.
What we delivered
A drone location animation was produced showing the building's position on Columbus Quay, with motion-tracked overlays for all surrounding road access routes — Sefton Street (A5036), Riverside Drive, and the southern approach from Liverpool city centre. The Jaguar Land Rover dealership was included as a prominent local landmark giving clients a clear reference point when navigating. Brunswick Station was also called out as the nearest rail access point.
The results
The animation gives prospects a clear sense of the building before they arrive — and positions Advantage Investment in a premium riverside setting without a word of copy.
